Reset Player Exploration Progress

When to Reset Progress

Sometimes players want to re-experience discovering your world, or you may need to clear exploration data after major map changes. Arda Regions Mod includes tools to reset discovery records.

Resetting for Individual Players

1. Access the mod's admin commands or configuration panel

2. Locate the player reset option

3. Select the specific player whose exploration progress you want to clear

4. Confirm the reset

That player will now see discovery popups again when entering zones they've previously visited.

Resetting for Everyone

If you've redesigned your regions or want a fresh start for the entire server:

1. Back up your current region data if you might need it later

2. Use the clear-all-progress command or option in the admin tools

3. All players' discovery records will be wiped

4. Everyone will experience popups as if exploring for the first time

This is useful after major world updates or seasonal server resets. Individual resets are gentler if only certain players need a fresh experience.
