Set Up Permissions for Arcadia Features

Permission Systems

Arcadia Lib Mod supports two permission backends depending on your server setup:

1. LuckPerms (Recommended): If installed, the mod automatically uses LuckPerms groups and permissions for fine-grained control over features.

2. Operator Levels (Fallback): Without LuckPerms, the mod defaults to standard Minecraft operator (/op) levels to restrict access.

Configuring Access

If you're using LuckPerms, assign players to groups with appropriate permissions for Arcadia features. Your server administrator can grant or deny access to specific Arcadia systems per player or group.

Without LuckPerms, only operators can access restricted admin features. Regular players always have access to core features like the hub dashboard and daily rewards.

Testing Your Setup

After configuration, have a test player join and run /arcadia to confirm they can access the dashboard. If they receive a permission error, verify your permission backend is correctly configured and the player has the appropriate role or operator status.
