How to Filter and Diagnose Your Stats in the Attributes GUI
When your damage, health, or speed does not match what you expect, the Apothic Attributes GUI is the place to diagnose it. The filter and tooltip systems exist specifically to make this fast.
Filtering the List
Open the Attributes screen from your inventory's sword button. Enable the filter that shows only modified attributes. This hides every stat sitting at its default value and leaves only the ones gear, potions, or other mods have changed. On a heavily modded pack this turns a wall of numbers into a short, readable list.
Diagnosing Problems
Hover each modified attribute and read the breakdown. The tooltip separates the base value from each contributing bonus, so you can identify which item or effect is responsible. If a stat is lower than expected, look for a negative modifier you did not notice. If it is higher, check for stacking bonuses from multiple sources.
Common issues: an attribute capped by the mod's limits, two effects that do not stack, or a bonus that only applies conditionally. The GUI shows the final applied value, so trust it over your own math. Re-check after changing gear to confirm the swap did what you intended.
