How to Fix Ghost Blocks With AntiGhost Mod

What a Ghost Block Is

A ghost block is a block that looks present on your client but no longer exists on the server (or vice versa). You might try to walk through a wall that looks solid, or mine a block that reappears the moment you step away. This happens because your client's world data has drifted out of sync with the server. AntiGhost Mod fixes this by asking the server to resend the blocks around you.

Refreshing Your Surroundings

1. Stand still in the area where the ghost blocks are appearing.

2. Trigger the mod's refresh action. AntiGhost is built around a keybind that sends a request to the server for the blocks in your immediate vicinity.

3. The blocks around you will be re-sent and your client will correct any mismatches.

4. If some blocks are still wrong, move a step or two and trigger the refresh again so the newly-surrounding chunks are included in the request.

Because the mod works on the blocks around your current position, the fix is local — you do not need to relog or restart the game. This makes it safe to use mid-build or mid-mining without losing your place.
