Override Break Prevention by Sneaking

Enable Sneak Override in Settings

Locate the option in your mod configuration that allows bypassing break prevention while sneaking. This feature must be toggled on to work — check that it's enabled in your config file.

Use Sneak to Force Tool Actions

Once enabled, hold Sneak (default: Shift key) while using a protected tool that has reached its durability threshold. This override lets you:

• Continue mining blocks
• Attack mobs or players
• Interact with blocks (like opening chests or using crafting tables)

The tool will function normally while you're sneaking, even below the safety threshold.

When to Use This Feature

Use the sneak override when you're in a situation where you need your tool to work despite low durability:

• Mining one last ore before heading home
• Emergency combat when your weapon is nearly broken
• Finishing a building project

After using the override, remember to repair your tool soon — it can still break if durability reaches zero.
