Viewing Furnace Animations While Smelting

Watch Your Furnace Work

With Animated Furnaces installed, your furnaces now display smooth animations as they process items. To see these animations clearly:

1. Place a furnace in your base or workspace where you have good lighting

2. Add fuel (coal, wood, etc.) to the fuel slot

3. Add items to smelt (raw ore, food, etc.) to the input slot

4. Observe the animation — the furnace will cycle through multiple animation frames as it smelts

Animation Stages by Furnace Type

Different furnace types now have expanded animations:

• Standard Furnace: Features smooth animated flames and glowing effects
• Smoker: Includes one additional animation stage beyond vanilla, showing more detailed smoke progression
• Blast Furnace: Contains two extra animation stages, providing a more dynamic smelting sequence

The pack also improves visual details like corner textures on the top and bottom of furnaces, and the blast furnace includes a unique bottom texture for added visual depth. Position yourself where you can see the front face clearly to appreciate the full animation cycle.
