Enable Full Brightness in Caves and Dark Areas

Access the Brightness Settings

Open the mod's configuration menu (usually accessible via the mod menu or in-game settings). Look for the brightness or gamma adjustment slider.

Increase Gamma to Clear Darkness

Adjust the gamma slider to increase overall brightness. The mod allows you to exceed Minecraft's default brightness cap, letting you see clearly in caves, deep underground, and other dark environments without needing torches or night vision potions.

Fine-Tune for Comfort

Start at a moderate level and gradually increase until you can see details clearly without the screen feeling washed out. The mod supports smooth transitions, so changes apply gradually rather than instantly jarring your vision.

Verify Shader Compatibility

If you're using shaders, the brightness adjustment should work alongside them. Test in different lighting conditions to ensure the effect applies consistently. You can toggle the feature on and off to compare the difference and confirm it's working as intended.
