The mod's core benefit is the ability to open and close multiple interfaces in succession while remaining inside the portal. You can open inventory, close it, then open chat—all without stepping out.

Workflow Example

1. Stand in the portal

2. Open inventory (E) to organize items

3. Close inventory

4. Open chat (T) to communicate

5. Close chat

6. Repeat as needed

Why This Matters

In survival gameplay, this saves significant time during portal transitions. You can prepare your inventory, check coordinates or messages, and adjust equipment—all while the portal is active and ready to transport you. This is especially valuable in multiplayer scenarios where timing matters, or in speedrun attempts where every second counts. The portal remains fully functional throughout; you're simply adding convenience to the waiting period.
