Combining Aimz With Other Resource Packs Without Conflicts
Aimz only replaces the crosshair texture, so it layers cleanly with most packs — but you still need the right order to avoid one pack overriding another.
Understanding Pack Order
Minecraft applies resource packs from the bottom of the Selected list upward, so the topmost pack wins for any file both packs contain. Since Aimz edits only the crosshair, put it wherever you like unless another pack also changes the crosshair.
Resolving Conflicts
1. If your crosshair looks vanilla after adding a new pack, that pack likely includes its own crosshair texture.
2. Drag Aimz above that pack in the Selected column so its crosshair takes priority.
3. Click Done and check the result in-game.
Testing Changes Safely
1. Add or reorder one pack at a time and check the crosshair after each change.
2. If something breaks, remove the newest pack and re-add it in a different position.
3. Keep Aimz near the top if you always want its tiny crosshair regardless of other GUI packs.
Because Aimz touches so few files, it rarely causes crashes or missing textures. Conflicts almost always show up as the wrong crosshair, which the ordering steps above fix.
