Use the bot console and in-game chat to control your fishing bot

You can control the bot in two ways: typing in its own console, or chatting with it from another account on the same server.

From the console

Commands in the console start with a /:

  • /help shows the help message with all commands.
  • /level shows the bot's current fishing level.
  • /empty [DIRECTION] empties the bot's inventory, except its fishing rod.
  • /stuck makes the bot cast its fishing rod again.
  • /bye makes the bot disconnect and shut down.

Text that is not a command is sent as a normal chat message from the bot. You can talk on the server through the console this way.

From in-game chat

1. Join the server with your normal account.

2. In chat, write the bot's account username, a comma and a space, then the command you want.

3. The bot runs it as if you had typed it in the console.

When to use which

  • Use the console or GUI when you are running the bot on a machine you can see.
  • Use in-game chat when you are already playing on the server and don't want to switch windows.
  • Always use /bye instead of killing the process, so the bot leaves the server cleanly.
