Master Combat in Tight Spaces
Use Bunker Geometry to Your Advantage
The narrow corridors and confined rooms of the bunker are designed for close-quarters combat. Tight spaces limit enemy approach angles and force them into predictable paths. Use doorways as natural cover and chokepoints. Position yourself just inside a doorway so enemies must cross the threshold before they can engage you effectively. This gives you reaction time and forces enemies into single-file formations.
Develop Quick Reflexes
In confined spaces, threats emerge suddenly. Keep your weapon ready and maintain awareness of all entry points. Practice quick target acquisition—enemies appear fast in corridors. Aim for center mass in tight quarters where precision is less critical than speed. Your movement speed is as important as your aim; strafe side-to-side while firing to make yourself harder to hit.
Know When to Retreat
If a room becomes too crowded or you're taking heavy damage, don't hesitate to fall back. Move to an adjacent room and regroup. Use the bunker's layout to create distance between you and pursuing enemies. A tactical retreat to a better defensive position is smarter than standing your ground until you're overwhelmed.
