How to Make Zen RPG Font Show Up in Minecraft

Confirm the Pack Is Actually Enabled

A font pack only changes text if Minecraft is loading it. Open Options → Resource Packs and check that Zen RPG Font sits in the *Selected* column on the right, not the *Available* column on the left. If it is on the left, click its arrow to move it over, then click Done. Minecraft reloads the resource manager when you leave the screen, so the new lettering should appear immediately in menus and chat.

Fix the Load Order

If you run other packs that also touch fonts or GUI, order matters. Packs higher in the *Selected* list override the ones below them. Drag Zen RPG Font above any pack that changes interface text, but below packs that only change textures, sounds, or models — those do not conflict with fonts and can stay anywhere. A quick test: open chat and type something. If the letters still look like vanilla, another pack above it is winning.

When It Still Looks Vanilla

Some servers push their own resource pack on join, and a server pack can override your local font. Check the server's pack prompt or your client's server-pack settings. Also confirm the pack file is in the correct resourcepacks folder and that its internal pack.mcmeta is intact — a corrupted or partially downloaded pack silently fails to load and shows no error in the pack list beyond simply not applying.
