Enable or Disable Fantasy Lighting Effects

Locate Lighting Controls

In the Shader Options menu, find settings related to Lighting Mode, Color Saturation, or Fantasy Effects. Zayko Lite blends realistic and fantasy styles, and these controls let you shift the balance.

Adjust Fantasy vs. Realistic Balance

To enhance fantasy lighting: Increase color saturation or enable enhanced lighting modes. This pushes the shader toward brighter, more vibrant skies and more dramatic colored shadows—useful for creative builds or roleplay worlds.

To reduce fantasy effects: Lower saturation or switch to a more neutral lighting preset. This makes the world feel closer to vanilla Minecraft while keeping the performance benefits.

Preview Changes

Toggle settings on and off while standing in different lighting conditions—bright daylight, caves, and sunset areas. You'll immediately see how fantasy colors shift the mood of your world.

Zayko Lite's strength is that even with fantasy effects dialed down, it still delivers cleaner shadows and better lighting performance than vanilla. Experiment to find the aesthetic that matches your playstyle.
