XP Tome

Storing and Retrieving Experience

The XP Tome is the single item added by this mod. Its purpose is to hold experience points so they can be kept safe and used later, rather than being lost or spent immediately.

When you have experience you want to set aside, you store it into the Tome. The stored amount is kept by the item itself, so it stays with the Tome wherever it goes. When you need that experience again, you retrieve it from the Tome and it returns to you as normal experience points.

This makes the Tome useful for banking XP before risky activities, holding points for enchanting or repairing later, or simply keeping a reserve on hand. Because the mod only adds this one item, the whole mechanic revolves around moving experience between yourself and the Tome. The exact capacity and the precise way points are added or withdrawn are handled by the item in-game.
