Reading Redstone Signals with XK Redstone Display
Understanding Redstone at a Glance
XK Redstone Display Resource Pack is a visual aid, not a gameplay overhaul. It changes how redstone components look so you can read their state without hovering over each block or opening debug screens.
Redstone wires gain energy displays, letting you see signal strength directly on the wire instead of guessing from dust brightness. Machine blocks such as droppers, dispensers, and hoppers show directional indicators, so you can confirm which way they face and where items will travel.
Note blocks display tone and timbre information, which helps when tuning note block songs or chaining pitched sounds. Pistons and sticky pistons are clearly differentiated on every surface, so you never mix them up mid-build. Observers show both their facing direction and current state, making pulse circuits and update detectors easier to verify.
Because these are texture changes, the pack works alongside your existing redstone builds without altering mechanics. Use it while debugging contraptions or teaching redstone to others.
