Understand the Difference

Xe 16x offers two editions optimized for different hardware and playstyles. Standard Xe includes full 16x resolution textures, custom sky effects with aurora clouds, and OptiFine compatibility for advanced visual features. Xe Lite is a lighter version that maintains clean combat textures and block visibility while using fewer resources.

Choose Your Edition

Select Standard Xe if you have a capable PC and want the full vaporwave aesthetic with detailed skies and motion blur effects. This edition shines in longer matches where visual polish matters.

Select Xe Lite if you prioritize frame rate stability or play on lower-end hardware. You'll retain the crisp sword and armor textures essential for competitive play, just without the enhanced sky visuals and OptiFine effects.

Apply Your Choice

Both editions use the same installation method. Simply activate your chosen version in your resource pack folder. You can keep both installed and toggle between them before launching a match—useful for testing which feels better for your specific game mode or PC performance.
