What the Pop-Up Shows

When your wooden cross saves you from fatal damage, a visual effect appears on your screen. The Wood Totem Cross Resource Pack replaces the standard Totem of Undying pop-up graphic with a custom version that matches the wooden cross theme.

When It Appears

The pop-up triggers whenever:

• You take damage that would normally kill you
• You're holding a Totem of Undying in your main hand or offhand
• The totem activates and prevents your death

The effect displays briefly in the center of your screen, giving you immediate visual feedback that you've been saved.

Seeing It Clearly

To witness the pop-up effect:

1. Equip the wooden cross in your main hand or offhand

2. Take fatal damage (fall from high, walk into fire, get hit by a strong mob)

3. Watch your screen for the custom pop-up graphic

The pop-up works alongside the custom sound effect and the totem's standard survival mechanics, creating a complete themed experience.
