Recognize Wizard Zombies

Wizard zombies spawn wearing blue robes and hats, making them visually distinct from regular zombies. They carry wands or staffs and cast fire-based spells. Watch for them to ignite their surroundings and other mobs—they're particularly dangerous in flammable environments like forests or near wooden structures.

Spot Wizard Skeletons

Unlike regular skeletons that use bows, wizard skeletons abandon traditional archery entirely and instead cast magical attacks from range. They hold magical staves and wands, allowing them to attack from greater distances than melee skeletons.

Learn Spell Patterns

Different magical items produce different spell effects. Observe whether mobs are casting frost shards (ice-based attacks) or fireballs (fire-based attacks). Frost shards slow your movement, while fireballs deal direct damage and ignite blocks. Understanding which spell type each mob uses helps you prepare appropriate defenses and positioning strategies for combat encounters.
