Immolation Blade

The Immolation Blade is the single item added by the Wither Skeleton Tweaks mod. It is a weapon that sets its targets on fire when they are struck, applying the same burning effect you would expect from fire-based damage.

Because the mod is built around Wither Skeleton combat, the Blade is most useful in the Nether, where Wither Skeletons are common. A burning target takes damage over time after the initial hit, which can help finish off mobs that would otherwise survive a single swing.

The mod also alters Wither Skeleton drops, so defeating them with the Immolation Blade ties directly into the mod's core loop: fight Wither Skeletons, use the fire-setting weapon, and collect the changed drops.
