Adjust Window Size and Resolution in Borderless Mode
Understanding Windowed Fullscreen Scaling
Borderless windowed mode typically runs at your monitor's native resolution and fills the entire screen. However, you can adjust how the game renders within this window through your video settings.
Changing Render Resolution
In Video Settings, look for options like GUI Scale, Resolution, or Render Distance—these affect how the game displays without changing the window size itself. Lowering these can improve performance if needed.
For actual window resizing, you may need to temporarily switch to windowed mode (with borders), resize the window to your preferred dimensions, then switch back to windowed fullscreen.
Performance Considerations
Keep in mind that windowed fullscreen mode runs at your monitor's full resolution by default. If you want to reduce the rendering resolution for performance, adjust in-game graphics settings like render distance or particle effects rather than the window size itself. This maintains the borderless appearance while optimizing frame rates.
