Recognizing the New Look

Whimscape X Create changes the appearance of mechanical blocks while keeping their function identical. If you're used to the default Create textures, the reskinned blocks may look unfamiliar at first.

Where to Find Them

Look for blocks with the bright Whimscape color palette—expect vibrant hues, fantasy-inspired details, and softer shading compared to the industrial default style. Mechanical casings, shafts, gearboxes, and pumps will all display the new art style.

Common places to spot them:

• Mechanical contraptions you've already built will automatically display the new textures
• Creative mode inventory shows items with custom Whimscape sprites
• Crafting stations and fluid containers from Create: Enchantment Industry
• Decorative blocks from Create: Deco now match the Whimscape aesthetic

Checking Addon Content

If you have Create: Diesel Generators installed, engines and distillation towers will also use Whimscape textures. The same applies to Create: Wrapped—item boxes and packing visuals receive the full treatment.

The resource pack applies automatically once loaded; no per-block configuration is needed.
