Troubleshooting Missing or Invisible Mobs

Mobs Not Appearing

If spawned mobs don't show up:

1. Verify all files are in correct directories: plugins/ModelEngine/blueprints/, plugins/MythicMobs/Mobs/, and plugins/MythicMobs/Skills/

2. Check that both /meg reload and /mm reload completed without errors in console

3. Confirm the mob name is spelled correctly when using /mm summon

4. Restart the server if reloads don't work

Mobs Appear as Default Models

If creatures spawn but look like generic Minecraft mobs:

• Players haven't updated their resource pack
• Regenerate the resource pack in plugins/ModelEngine/resource pack/
• Ensure all players download and apply the updated pack
• Check that ModelEngine resource pack is enabled in server settings

Console Errors

If reload commands show errors, check that file names match exactly in configurations and that YAML formatting is correct (proper indentation, no tabs). Review the customization guide for proper syntax.

If issues persist, verify the mod version matches your server version.
