Reading the Compass Display
The WAIG compass HUD shows your current facing direction in an RPG-style format. Use it to orient yourself and navigate the world.
How to Navigate
1. Look at the compass HUD on your screen (default position avoids the boss bar)
2. Identify which cardinal direction you're facing: North, South, East, or West
3. Use this information to plan routes to known landmarks or bases
4. The compass updates in real-time as you turn, so you can adjust your heading instantly
Practical Tips
- Planning routes: Before leaving your base, note the direction you need to travel
- Finding your way back: Remember the opposite direction to return home
- Coordinating with others: Communicate directions using cardinal directions shown on the HUD
- Exploring efficiently: Use the compass to map out exploration patterns and avoid going in circles
The HUD is non-intrusive and won't block important information like boss bars or your inventory.
