Enable and Disable the Compass HUD

Toggle the HUD On and Off

The compass HUD can be quickly toggled using your keyboard. By default, the mod uses the F6 key to switch the display on or off.

Steps

1. Press F6 while in-game to toggle the compass HUD visibility

2. The compass will appear or disappear from your screen immediately

3. Press F6 again to toggle it back

Customizing the Keybind

If F6 conflicts with another mod or your preferences, you can rebind it:

1. Open your Controls settings (usually in Options)

2. Search for keybinds related to WAIG or compass

3. Reassign the toggle key to your preferred button

4. Save and return to the game

The HUD will remember your toggle state, so if you disable it, it will stay off until you toggle it back on. This is useful for taking screenshots or reducing screen clutter during intense moments.
