Disable Specific Animation Effects

Access the Settings Menu

Open the mod settings screen from your main menu or pause screen. You'll see a list of toggle options for each animation type.

Turn Off Individual Effects

Locate the animation you want to disable:

  • Chat animations — smooth text appearance effects
  • Container opening — chest and storage screen transitions
  • Item movement — animated slot transfers in menus
  • Hotbar switching — active item selection feedback
  • Item consumption — effects when using or eating items

Click the toggle next to each option to turn it on or off. Changes apply immediately without restarting.

Save Your Preferences

Your settings are saved automatically. If you want to reset to defaults, look for a reset button in the settings menu.

Performance Tuning

If you experience lag, disable the most visually intensive effects first—usually container and item movement animations consume the most resources. You can also disable all motion effects at once by toggling the master animation switch if one exists.
