Monitor Server Performance While Playing

Enable System Stats Widgets

Open the HUD editor and locate the performance monitoring widgets: FPS counter, server ping, and movement speed tracker. If these aren't visible, toggle them on in the widget menu.

Position for Constant Visibility

Drag the FPS and ping displays to a corner of your screen where they won't obstruct gameplay—typically the top-right or bottom-right. Resize them to a readable but compact size using the grid snapping feature.

Customize Alert Thresholds

In each widget's settings card, you can often adjust text colors to change based on performance. Set your ping display to turn red when lag spikes occur, and your FPS counter to highlight when framerates drop below your target.

Track Movement Consistency

Enable the movement speed widget to spot server-side lag that causes rubber-banding. If your displayed speed fluctuates wildly, it indicates connection issues rather than client-side problems.

Save and Compare Profiles

Create a "Performance Monitoring" profile and export it. This layout helps you diagnose whether lag is from your system, the server, or your connection.
