Identify Your Enchantments by Armor Appearance
Why Visual Identification Matters
With Visual Enchants, each enchantment type changes your armor's texture, letting you instantly recognize what protection you're wearing without opening your inventory.
How to Read Your Armor
When you apply an enchantment to a helmet, the pack replaces its standard purple glow with a unique custom texture:
- Protection enchantments display distinct visual patterns that change based on the protection level (I through IV)
- Fire Protection adds warm-toned designs to show heat resistance
- Blast Protection applies explosion-themed textures so you know you're defended against explosions
- Projectile Protection shows arrow-resistant patterns
Each material—iron, gold, diamond, and netherite—has its own visual style for the same enchantment, so a Fire Protection iron helmet looks different from a Fire Protection diamond helmet.
Checking Your Gear
Simply equip your enchanted helmet and look at it in third-person view or in your inventory grid. The texture will immediately show which enchantment is active. This makes comparing multiple pieces of armor much faster than reading tooltip text, especially when you're organizing your gear before heading out.
