Monitor and Manage Your Village Population

Using the Visitor Checker Tools

The mod provides two ways to track your settlement's population:

Visitor Checker (Chat): Right-click this item anytime to instantly see counts of all nearby villagers, guests, and iron golems in your chat window. This is quick and doesn't require opening any interface.

Visitor Checker (Book): Right-click to open an enchanted book interface that displays the same population numbers. The book updates whenever you open it, making it useful for monitoring trends over time.

Using Commands

For more detailed control:

  • /visitors check — Shows current nearby population in chat
  • /visitors clear <radius> — Removes all current visitors within a specified block radius (useful if visitors are causing lag or getting stuck)
  • /visitors population <qty> <radius> — Forces a specific number of visitors to spawn in an area for testing purposes

Regularly checking your population helps you understand visitor patterns and ensure your settlement meets spawn requirements.
