Maximize Trading Efficiency in the Hall
Arrange Villagers by Trade Value
Place high-value traders—like librarians with rare enchanted books—near the main entrances for easy access. Position bulk traders (farmers, fishermen) deeper in the hall where you'll spend more time. The central tower serves as a natural landmark; use it as your reference point for organizing zones.
Create Restocking Areas
Designate a section of the trading hall as a restocking zone. Keep hoppers, chests, and item sorters near your most-used villagers so you can quickly replenish their trade goods. The pre-built stalls have enough space underneath for storage infrastructure.
Use the Multiple Entrances Strategically
The trading hall has several entry points. Use different entrances for different purposes: one for entering, one for exiting, one for bringing new villagers in. This prevents bottlenecking and keeps traffic flowing smoothly.
Optimize Lighting for Visibility
The hanging lanterns are decorative but functional. Supplement them with additional light sources to eliminate shadows around stalls. Better visibility means faster trading and easier inventory management.
