Recover Specific Villager Professions After Zombie Attacks

Why This Matters

If a zombie attack converts your librarian or cleric before you can cure them, this mod ensures they survive as zombie villagers. You can then cure them back and keep their profession and trades intact.

Recovery Process

1. Identify the zombie villager you want to recover. Use name tags before conversions to mark important villagers.

2. Move the zombie villager to safety using boats, minecarts, or water channels. Keep them away from other mobs.

3. Prepare your curing supplies: gather weakness potions and golden apples.

4. Apply weakness potion to the zombie villager using a splash potion or dispenser.

5. Feed golden apples until the conversion completes. Watch for the villager's appearance to return to normal.

6. Verify their profession by checking their workstation or trading interface.

Prevention Tips
