Troubleshoot Missing or Incorrect Clothing

Common Issues

Villagers spawned without clothes: The pack wasn't active when they loaded. Modded traders set their appearance on first spawn, so applying the pack afterward won't change them. You must load the pack before entering the world.

Outfits look wrong or mismatched: Check your resource pack load order. Villager Clothing Addition should be positioned *above* MCA Reborn so its textures take priority. If another pack is loading after it, those textures will override the custom clothing.

How to Fix

1. Go to Resource Packs in your launcher

2. Verify Villager Clothing Addition is listed *above* MCA Reborn

3. If it's below, drag it up to reorder

4. For already-spawned villagers with wrong outfits, move to a new chunk or use commands to reload the area

5. Newly generated traders should appear with correct clothing

Verify Compatibility

Make sure you have MCA Reborn installed and active. This pack only works as a resource pack layer for MCA Reborn villagers—it cannot function independently.
