Apply the Resource Pack Before Starting Your World

Why Load It First

Villager Clothing Addition requires you to load the pack *before* entering your world. If you apply it after villagers have already spawned, modded traders will appear without their custom outfits because their appearance data is set when they first load into the world.

How to Load It Correctly

1. Open your launcher and go to Resource Packs

2. Click Open Pack Folder and place the VCA pack inside

3. In the Resource Packs menu, find Villager Clothing Addition and move it to the Selected side

4. Make sure it loads *above* MCA Reborn in your pack order (higher priority)

5. Close the menu and do not enter any world yet

6. Create a new world or load an existing one

7. Modded villagers should now spawn wearing their profession-specific clothing

If Villagers Still Look Wrong

If traders appear without clothes after loading the pack, they likely spawned before the pack was active. You'll need to either find newly generated chunks or use commands to refresh the area where traders spawn.
