Making Your Hand Smaller or Larger on Screen
Finding the Scale Option
View Model Mod exposes a scale or size control alongside the position sliders. Open the mod's config screen from your mod menu and look for the hand scale setting — it usually applies per hand, so you can shrink the main hand without touching the offhand. Some builds fold scale into the same panel as position, others give it its own section.
Choosing a Value
Scaling down is the common choice for players who find the default hand too bulky and want more of the screen visible. Scaling up suits players who want a chunkier, more prominent arm. Change the value gradually: a small reduction is often enough to feel the difference without making the hand look detached or floating. If the hand starts clipping through the bottom of the screen, you have gone too far.
Combining With Position
Scale and position interact. After resizing, you will usually need to re-tune the vertical offset so the hand still sits naturally at the edge of the view. Adjust scale first, then position, then check in-game with a few different held items. Save the config once it looks right, and remember that changing your FOV in vanilla options will also affect how the scaled hand appears.
