Restore the Original Java Edition Subtitle

Reverting to Default

If you want to return to the standard "Java Edition" text that appears on the main menu by default, you'll need to disable the Vibrant Title Refresh Resource Pack.

Steps to Remove the Custom Title

1. Open Minecraft and go to Options → Resource Packs

2. Find "Vibrant Title Refresh" in the active resource packs list (right side)

3. Click the arrow button to move it back to the inactive list (left side)

4. Close the resource pack menu

5. Return to the main menu—you should now see the default "Java Edition" subtitle

Re-enabling Later

You can reactivate the pack anytime by moving it back to the active list. Your choice will be remembered between sessions, so you won't need to reconfigure it each time you launch the game.
