Turn Off the Speed Counter Display

Access the Mod Configuration

The speed counter that appears in the top right corner of your screen can be disabled if you prefer an uncluttered view while playing.

Steps to Hide the Counter

1. Open your mod menu or settings screen (usually accessed from the main menu or by pressing a designated key)

2. Locate the Velocity Blur Mod settings

3. Find the option labeled for speed text or speed counter display

4. Toggle this setting to off or disabled

5. Close the menu and return to your game

The speed numbers will no longer appear on your screen. The motion blur effect itself will continue to work normally—only the numerical display is hidden. You can re-enable the counter at any time by returning to the same settings menu and toggling the option back on.

Note

This setting is client-side only, meaning it affects only your view and won't impact other players on multiplayer servers.
