The Mod Isn't Mining Full Veins

1. Verify the mod is loaded: Check your mod list in-game (usually Mods button on title screen)

2. Check tool configuration: Confirm your current tool is whitelisted in the config file

3. Ensure blocks are connected: Vein mining only works on orthogonally adjacent blocks (up, down, left, right, forward, back)—diagonal connections don't count

4. Test with a different ore: Some ores might be excluded; try breaking stone or another common block

Performance Issues

If mining causes lag or freezes:

• Reduce the detection radius in your config
• Disable vein mining for certain block types if the option exists
• Check if another mod is conflicting (disable mods one at a time to isolate the problem)

Config File Problems

• Ensure the config file has correct syntax (no missing brackets or quotes)
• Delete the config and let the mod regenerate it with defaults
• Verify you're editing the right file for your mod loader

If issues persist, try mining in a fresh world to rule out world-specific problems.
