Enable and Disable VeinMiner During Gameplay

Access the Keybind Settings

Open your mod configuration menu (usually accessed via the mods screen or a dedicated config key). Navigate to VeinMiner Companion settings and locate the keybind options. By default, a toggle key is assigned, but you can customize it to any key you prefer.

Toggle VeinMiner On and Off

Press your assigned keybind to toggle VeinMiner active or inactive. When active, you'll see a small indicator appear near your cursor—this confirms the mod is ready to vein mine. The indicator will disappear when you toggle it off.

Watch for Visual Feedback

When VeinMiner is enabled and you look at a mineable block, a wireframe outline will appear around all connected blocks of the same type that will be mined together. This preview helps you understand exactly what will break before you swing your pickaxe.

If no outline appears, either VeinMiner is disabled, the block type isn't supported by your server, or your current tool isn't configured for vein mining. Check your toggle status and try a different block type.
