Mine an Entire Ore Vein with Veinmine

Prerequisites

Before you can mine whole veins, your tool must have the Veinmine enchantment applied. Without it, you'll only break individual blocks. Make sure you're holding a pickaxe, axe, or shovel—the tool type depends on what you're mining (pickaxe for ore, axe for wood, shovel for certain blocks).

Mining a Vein

1. Locate a connected group of ore blocks or other mineable blocks

2. Hold your Veinmine-enchanted tool

3. Left-click any block in the vein

4. The entire connected vein will break at once, dropping all blocks and experience

5. Collect the drops

Veinmine only breaks blocks that are touching each other—it won't jump across gaps. The enchantment respects the block rules from the main Veinminer pack, so only compatible block types will be included in a single vein break. This makes clearing large ore deposits much faster while maintaining game balance.
