How to Get Feathers for Arrows and Crafting

Crafting Feathers from Plants

Instead of waiting for chickens to drop feathers, this mod lets you craft them using renewable plant resources.

1. Gather the required plant-based materials (typically leaves, flowers, or similar vegetation)

2. Arrange them in the crafting grid according to the vegan feather recipe

3. Collect your crafted feathers

Using Feathers

Once crafted, feathers work identically to mob-dropped feathers:

• Combine with sticks and string to make arrows
• Use in various other crafting recipes that normally require feathers
• No quality difference from traditional sources

This approach means you can establish a sustainable arrow production line early in your playthrough without relying on chicken farms or hunting.
