Set Up Player Report Links Without Exposing Admin Tools

Create a Safe Report Link

Players need a way to report issues without accessing your admin dashboard. Use the report ticket system to generate temporary, limited-access links.

Steps

1. In-game: Type /dash ticket to generate a short-lived web link

2. Share the link with players via Discord, server MOTD, or in-game chat

3. Players visit the link and submit a report ticket with their issue

4. In the dashboard: Navigate to the Ticket Desk tab to review all incoming reports

5. Read player notes, check attached server details (location, timestamp), and mark tickets as resolved

Report Specific Players

If you need to prepare a report link for a particular player:

1. Type /dash report <player> in-game

2. This generates a link with that player's location and server context pre-filled

3. Share or use this for faster investigation

Note: These links expire after a set time, keeping your admin console secure from unauthorized access. Check the Ticket Desk regularly to stay on top of player concerns.
