Adjust How Quickly the Interface Fades After You Stop Interacting

Change the Inactivity Timer

The mod measures how long you go without changing items, taking damage, or eating before interface elements fade. You can customize this delay to suit your playstyle.

1. Open the in-game settings menu

2. Find the inactivity timer or fade delay setting

3. Increase the value to give yourself more time before elements disappear, or decrease it for faster fading

4. Save your changes

Fine-Tune for Your Preference

A longer timer is better if you frequently glance at your bars during calm moments—they'll stay visible longer. A shorter timer maximizes screen clarity and OLED protection during quiet exploration. Test different values during normal gameplay to find what feels natural.

Remember that your bars will always reappear instantly when you take damage, switch items, or eat, regardless of the timer setting. The inactivity delay only affects how long they linger after you stop doing those things.
