How to Use the Creative Wands for Teleporting, Mob Erasure and Clearing Vegetation

Vanilla Refresh adds a set of creative-only wands that replace a lot of tedious manual work. They are meant for builders and map makers in creative mode.

Getting the Wands

Open the creative inventory and look in the tools or miscellaneous tabs for the wand items. Each wand is a distinct item, so grab the one matching the job: teleportation, mob erasure, or vegetation clearing.

Teleport Wand

Hold the teleport wand and use it to move yourself to a targeted location instead of flying there. This is the fastest way to hop between build sites or return to a marked spot.

Mob Erasure Wand

Point the erasure wand at unwanted entities and use it to remove them. It is the clean alternative to /kill when you want to clear a specific mob without wiping everything nearby.

Vegetation Clearing Wand

Use the clearing wand on foliage to strip leaves, grass, and similar plant blocks in an area. This is the tool for carving out a build site in a jungle or forest without swinging an axe for an hour.

Notes

These wands are creative tools, so do not expect them in survival. If a wand seems to do nothing, confirm you are in creative mode and that the relevant feature is enabled in /trigger vr.settings.
