Repair a Damaged Paxel

Using an Anvil

The most straightforward repair method uses an anvil:

1. Place your damaged paxel in the left slot

2. Place another paxel of the same material in the right slot

3. The two combine, transferring durability

This costs experience levels but doesn't require specific materials.

Using Mending Enchantment

If your paxel has Mending:

• Collect experience orbs while holding the paxel
• The tool automatically repairs itself instead of adding to your experience bar
• This is the most efficient long-term repair method

Crafting a Replacement

For early-game paxels, it's often faster to simply craft a new one than repair the old one. Once you reach higher tiers, repairing becomes more economical.

Prevention Strategy

Apply Unbreaking III to reduce durability loss, and combine it with Mending for a paxel that essentially never breaks. This eliminates repair needs entirely and is the ideal endgame setup for any paxel tier.
