How to Become a Vampire

Starting as a Vampire

When creating a new world, you'll see a roll screen with random supernatural traits. Keep rolling until you get the Vampire trait, or accept it if it appears.

Transforming Into a Vampire Mid-Game

If you didn't start as a vampire, you can still transform:

1. Find another vampire player or use commands to grant yourself the vampire advancement

2. Drink vampire blood — this can be obtained from vampire mobs or other vampire players

3. Die while under the vampire blood effect

4. Respawn as a full vampire with red glowing eyes

Your New Vampire Abilities

Once transformed, you gain:

• Flash Speed: Press R to dash at high velocity
• Bite & Feed: Press V to bite targets and restore hunger with blood
• Super Jump: Press G (requires Tier 2 vampire status) for enhanced jumping
• Compulsion: Press N to use vampire compulsion on nearby targets
• Red Eyes: Your eyes glow red and you can customize their offset with #

Vampire Weaknesses

Be aware that sunlight burns you unless you wear a daylight ring. Wooden stakes are also lethal, so avoid combat with stake-wielding enemies during the day.
