Using Snow Golems as Defenders

Using Snow Golems as Defenders

Snow golems are now effective combat allies. When you build a snow golem near your base or in a dangerous area, it will actively attack hostile mobs instead of just throwing harmless snowballs. This makes them practical for defense rather than purely decorative.

Snow golems still spawn and behave normally—they'll roam and target hostile mobs on their own. The key difference is that their attacks now deal actual damage, allowing them to eliminate threats rather than merely distract them.

This is useful for protecting your base, farms, or other important areas without requiring you to be present. Place snow golems strategically around locations you want defended, and they'll handle hostile mobs automatically.
