Set Up a 1v1 Practice Match Against a Single Opponent
Preparing Your Arena
Before entering combat, ensure you have adequate space and clear sightlines. Load into the world and navigate to the main arena. Remove any obstacles that might interfere with your movement or the opponent's pathfinding. Check that the arena floor is even and free of hazards that could cause accidental damage.
Equipping and Starting
Head to the starting area and collect your weapons and armor. A sword is essential for melee combat, but consider also grabbing a bow for ranged practice. Put on your armor to reduce incoming damage during the match.
Once equipped, enter the main arena. The map will spawn a single opponent for you to face. Position yourself at a comfortable distance—far enough to react to their attacks, but close enough to engage.
Combat Tips
Focus on timing your attacks between their swings. Use the arena's terrain to create distance when you need to heal or reposition. Practice blocking by holding right-click with your sword to reduce damage taken. Watch your opponent's movement patterns to predict their next attack and dodge accordingly. Land clean hits when they're vulnerable to maximize damage output.
