Build a Hidden Base That Won't Get Raided
Choose a Remote Location
Distance is your best defense. Build far from spawn, away from established player bases and well-traveled routes. Look for terrain that's difficult to navigate—dense forests, mountainous areas, or underground caverns. Avoid building near water sources or obvious landmarks that other players use as navigation points.
Keep Your Base Inconspicuous
Don't build tall structures or use bright blocks that stand out. Blend your base into the landscape using natural materials. Hide your entrance behind trees, under terrain, or inside a hillside. Avoid creating obvious paths leading to your base.
Secure Your Storage
Place your chests and valuables in hidden rooms deep underground or behind false walls. Don't leave valuable items visible from the entrance. Consider spreading resources across multiple hidden locations so a single raid doesn't cost you everything.
Add Basic Defenses
Dig a moat, create narrow passages, or use lava traps to slow intruders. Set up lighting to prevent mob spawning inside your base. These won't stop a determined raider, but they discourage casual looting and buy you time to respond.
