Set up Unoriginal Mod with Origins add-ons

Prerequisites

Before using Unoriginal Mod, ensure you have the Origins mod installed as your base. Unoriginal Mod is a utility that works *with* Origins, not as a standalone mod. You'll also need at least one Origins add-on mod installed to see the benefits of this mod.

Installation and First Launch

1. Place Unoriginal Mod in your mods folder alongside Origins and your chosen add-on mods

2. Launch Minecraft and create a new world or join a server

3. When you reach the origins selection screen, you should see only the Human origin plus any origins added by your installed add-ons

4. The default Origins mod origins (such as Avian, Enderian, Merling, and others) will no longer appear in the selection menu

Verification

If you still see all nine default origins on your selection screen, double-check that Unoriginal Mod is properly loaded. You can verify this in your mod list in the main menu. The mod works silently—there are no configuration files or settings to adjust.
