How to Enable the Unique Dark Resource Pack in Minecraft
Selecting the Pack
Open Minecraft and go to Options → Resource Packs. Your installed packs appear in the left column (Available). Find Unique Dark Resource Pack and click the arrow pointing right to move it into the Selected column on the right. If you have other packs, drag Unique Dark above any pack that also edits GUI textures so its dark inventory, chest, and crafting screens take priority.
Applying and Verifying
Click Done to apply. The change takes effect immediately — no world reload needed. Open your inventory to confirm the dark background, then check a crafting table, furnace, and chest to make sure all interface textures switched over. If some screens still look vanilla, another selected pack is overriding them; move Unique Dark higher in the list.
Per-World vs Global
Resource packs selected from the main menu apply globally. If you only want the dark UI in one world, you can instead enable it from the in-game pause menu while playing that world. Note that on servers, GUI textures are client-side only — other players will not see your dark interface, and the server cannot force it on you.
