Fix Bright or Mismatched UI Colors in Modded Screens

Identify the Problem

If a modded container or menu appears bright, washed out, or uses colors that don't match your other dark interfaces, the resource pack may not fully cover that specific screen.

Check Your Resource Pack Version

Ensure you have the latest version of Unique Dark Gui Modded Compat installed. Older versions may lack support for recently added mods or updated mod versions. Replace your resource pack folder with the current release.

Verify No Conflicting Packs

Disable other resource packs temporarily to confirm they aren't overriding the dark textures. Check your resource pack list and move Unique Dark Gui Modded Compat to the top of the active packs.

Clear Cache and Reload

Close your world, then delete the resource pack cache (usually in .minecraft/resourcepacks/ or your launcher's cache folder). Relaunch your world and reopen the problematic interface. This forces Minecraft to reload all textures fresh.

If the screen still appears bright after these steps, that particular mod screen may not yet be supported by this pack.
